supervising violent prisoners in my home

To help with prison over population, people were required to house overflow prisoners. I had 3 in my house. One was particularly violent and feared by all. I kept him in leg irons and hand cuffs (cuffed in front). He was kept locked in a spare bedroom. I went out one day and when I came home, his door was open and he was gone. I was like oh holy fuck! Found him dead in a pond. Other prisoners claimed it was suicide.
