Brain surgery in the ER

This one is crazy, no clue where those came from. Lol I was at home and there was a bunch of family and friends over. I felt totally fine and normal, but when I went to stand up, it was like my body was drunk, or something. I couldn't go one step without falling down. Like collapsing. My muscles wouldn't work or something. And I would also have random, full body twitches. Like my arms would just go up without my control. After a little bit of this, someone convinced me to to to the ER. So we went. Once I got there, got checked in, and saw a nurse, the nurse realized she couldn't diagnose me so she got a doctor. The doctor came in and was going to have me take some pills, but I told him I already tried that and it didn't help at all. So then he said I was going to have to take some medicine, but the medicine was basically dish soap, like the same ingredient. Then he told me I had to be very careful because the high I was going to get was like the best high and I could easily become addicted. But I don't remember ever getting that medicine. After seeing my full body twitches and collapsing after a step or two, he said I needed to have some brain surgery. He shaved the back of my head and cut a huge square out of the back if my skull. I didn't feel a thing, I thought that was strange. The doctor let my family members take pictured of the piece of skull he cut out, but he was going to put it back. I didn't want to see it, at the time, because I was already super freaked out about having my skull cut open. But I knew I'd want to see it later. For some reason I was allowed to walk around the waiting room and hospital with the chunk cut out and my brain exposed. I kept having tiny chips of skull in my mouth, nose and hair. Somebody touches my brain, I think, or something happened and the docto got worried and put in in a room, up until this point I never had a room. That's about all I can remember. What a wierd and crazy dream lol.
