after dream

after i dreamt that i survived an accident...i woke up kept my hand on my heart ....my heart was beating at normal rate ....its placed on its proper place( i dont knw why m checking it) i hav strange feeling like my heart is there bt its vacant,or someone will take my heart out of my chest in matter of secound (i knw i wil still survive)...my throught is moving with thirst, i feel nervous ...i went at my wrk place with flash of light without facing anyone (i dnt want anyone to see my condition)...my phone was ringing (phone call haunted me at such time)..it was trouble cal stil i try to keep short i dnt knw why such panic attack .
