Work and chaos

I was at a nursing facility( that just recently left). In the dream it was chaotic all shift. There was a family that I knew there and the 2 residents that lived there ( that was related to the family) had to be one on one care. I had to do the one on one with them the last few hours 9f the shift. When the next shift came on they said they're not doing one on one care I can do it. The family was there so I went running around to find some one to do it so I could leave. But couldn't. Than a few cnas said I need to take a shower. I looked at them and said if I hadn't been stuck at this hole for 3 days I would of been able to shower. That's when people's attitudes changed. An aide said they'd take over for the one on one care so I could shower and go home. It turned in to more chaos because the boss said I wasn't allowed to and need to get back to work. I looked at her and said to kiss my *** I've been there for 3 days I'm showering and going home. I went got a towel and washcloth and showered
