first sleep paralysis

i woke up and couldn’t feel anything; i couldn’t move any part of me but my eyes. i was aware that i was awake but my body wasn’t. i saw a shubb-niggurath (sweden and norway are said to have them in their forests) standing in front of my bed and was reaching out to hold my face. it’s from the ritual on netflix it was so weird.
