Sky Bound Beach (not sure of date)

this dream had me exploring a concrete building resembling some kind of shopping mall, but there were no stores. I eventually decided to leave. When I left, the building disappeared behind me, and I was faced with a somewhat flooded beach, surrounded by tall, grey cliffs as far as I could see. The water itself was so clear, and it reflected the sky perfectly. I walked for a long time, until I spotted a giant turtle swimming through the water. On its shell, I saw a lovely woman in a light yellow dress sitting on the turtle. I joined her, and tried to start a conversation, but it seemed she couldn’t hear me. I sat down next to her and rode the turtle for the rest of the dream.
