Rude doctor

I stumbled into a doctors office with an unexplained sharp pain in my shoulder. I begged to get treated but the doctor who was going in a suit and tie just gave me a shit which made it worse. I asked for real help but he just did the same thing. He insisted that his treatment was the best. I refused to get another shot and I had to struggle and wrestle my way out of the building, still in pain.
