My mom is pregnant?

So my mom was pregnant and I was really excited for this baby. And we were at the hospital for a prenatal check up maybe? And when we left we couldn't find the car and we wandered and I would touch her tummy and eventually we found it and I was driving but for some reason I thought someone else was because I wasn't touching the petals but just steering and I almost hit three security guards and I drove over one of their legs and then kept going and readjusted the way I was sitting so I could reach the petals and actually drive correctly. And then I woke up in the dream and wrote it down in my dream journal and then I woke up for real.
