flying around

I was trying to fly and had been successful all day. I could will myself if b I tried to meditate standing up. And would start lifting and lifting till I was soaring. at one point there was people flying while holding cats so that they aligned with their tails they were giant cats one on top of their other. then I had to escape and was running from this man, he had a strange hand and it was scary. I ran through the streets and man chased me and I went up and down and at the end I had to report this but the girl reporting didn't believe me even though I tried to explain. I said that I had bad memory of the event and she said "how convenient".
