Recently, I’ve been sleeping very lightly and I don’t think I get to enter REM sleep because my brain runs through the task list of things I need to do that I keep on my computer. It’s like I can hear my brain just saying these things over and over, and I can kind of see the document in my head. It feels like it goes on for a long time, but I can’t control it even though I’m not completely asleep. It’s annoying and stressful. Last time, I remember it going on and the next thing I know I’m checking my phone once I gain consciousness and it’s 5:00am.
