The Ocean Took My Car

I was driving to work one morning. It had rained an insane amount. My boss texted me that it looked like a lot of roads around the office were closed. I only passed by one closed road and got to the office pretty easily. I parked and started heading towards the building. I looked back and realized I parked in the ocean. A wave came and pulled my car away a little. I ran back but it was already so far. "My car!" I screamed. Two guys were right there and one of them saw my issue and ran towards it. "Don't worry, I used to do this for a living!" he assured me. I wasn't sure how he could do anything without my key that I had because it was locked. He seemed to realize this too and came back towards me. He kneeled down next to a large sewer grate. "Why don't you put the key down right here and I'll take care of it for you." He motioned to the grate. I rolled my eyes realizing he had been joking the whole time. One of my friends Erica was here now. She said "If she puts it there it'll fall in!" I told her "Erica, he's messing with me." She said "Ohh."
