I Waited for Him

Two nights ago I had a dream that I was apart of this adventure where it was real life but every time you made an achievement a video game stat would go up. Like a mix of real life and video games. Anyway. I had this one battle on a trampoline with this guy only a bit taller than me, blonde, fairly cute. I beat him easily. Apparently he wasn’t that good at this game, and the only way to move onto the next level was to defeat someone on the trampoline. I got a sword as an achievement unlocked, and jumped of the trampoline. To the side of the trampoline was a large field, short golden grass trampled along in a path by various footsteps who have walked before me. At the end of the short path was a old wooden staircase. I watched from the staircase, waiting for the blonde boy to defeat someone so that he could join me. It took him about a year, and he made some friends on the way. I knew he won when I saw a huge beam of lights in the shape of a dragon above the trampoline in the sky. He was shocked to see me at the base of the stairs. I told him I had been waiting for him. And that was my dream.
