Friend

My friend pulled up to me in her car and once I got in, she said, hey, let’s just be done with our argument (we weren’t speaking). She then started to crack up and it seemed like old times. I wanted to tell her fine, but you need to understand we won’t always agree on everything but that’s OK. Doesn’t mean we have to quit being friends every time we don’t see eye to eye but I was afraid it would set her off again so I didn’t say it. Then we went back to her house, which was very messy with a huge amount of clothes and shoes that she’d recently bought and piled up all over the house. She also had some weird bug colonies that she was nurturing (like an ant farm but creepier bugs). Other friends were there. Someone tooted really badly and then ran for the bathroom and I said he who smelt it dealt it.
