I dreamt I was going undercover in this mafia run restaurant and had to leave. I got stopped on my out bc I happened to be with a crowd. I managed to convince the woman I wasn't a danger to anyone but she didn't let me leave. She offered me almond paste which I took and used the throw up card (and I did actually throw up bc dream me has an almond allergy too) to get away from her
