The chords?

This bit was linked to an end of a previous dream I had this morning, I was in the high school that my college is merged with, but it looked all different, it was way bigger and the halls were different.. I began exploring, as I took the stairs down from the first floor I started hearing a girl singing.. I followed the sound and got closer, now I can hear a piano accompaning her, it was memorizing.. She had such a nice voice and sang really well- while the piano mostly caught my ear.. The chords that were played, they were some pop rendition of a neo-soul/blues progression.. About 6 chords in a progression.. And it sounded awfully familiar because I used a very similar 6 chord progression in a recent project, but his were better.. They had the perfect voice leading and all the perfect little grace notes in between. So I step up to the room, open the door and I saw something that I found really lovely, A guy and a chick, they're both blond and pale- probably siblings, the guy was sitting on the stage with one leg up and the other hanged loose from it, he had a little midi piano in his hand, one octave. His sister was laying on the stage, on her back.. Using the brothers leg as a pillow. They were just chilling. Looked totally relaxed and I felt jealous of their relationship. I walk in and say hi, then I excitingly ask the guy to show me the chords he was just playing.. "Oh.. The chord progression? Hah" he said. And then quickly went to fetch his midi keyboard and came back.. It looked as if he was gonna play it for me, but then he just started rambling.. Talking about other things.. As if he was intentionality trying to avoid the subject. And then I realized.. I told him "Never mind.. I just realized this is a dream, you're in my head so you could play what I was trying to figure out, but since I don't know it.. You can't explain it to me, can ya?" He just looked at me silently.
