Dogs & Wolves

At my childhood home, I'm getting out of my car and I have two dogs with me - a retriever, who is still in my car with the door open, and a blue heeler - and suddenly the blue heeler gets very aggressive and growling when two small wolves appear from the trees and are suddenly at the edge of the house. I've got the heeler by the collar, dragging him towards the front door to keep him from attacking the wolves, all while kicking at the wolves to keep them from coming closer. They seem aggressive yet curious but aren't making any threatening moves. After struggling for a couple minutes I finally get the heeler in the house.
