Deformed homeless little person

I started out in a weird alleyway and there was a door so I opened it and when I went inside it was like an underground town full of homeless people. I met a small woman (with dwarfism) and we became friends. She asked me to hang out so I invited her over to my house. I noticed she had a weird growth on her shoulder and a weird growth on her leg that looked like a tail. It would Occasionally touch me and I would get really uncomfortable. watched tv and did makeup and then my memaw showed up and got really mad since she was homeless and kept telling me she would steal my belongings. She tried to hit her so I defended her and we left. Before we left Thomas came in the room and defended her as well. I apologized and we went back to the underground place.
