Escape Hallucination

I was in a very small room. There were three of us in the room altogether, in straight jackets. Our feet were strapped to the bottom of the bed, and our chest strapped down. Unable to move. I was on the middle bed, so turning my head, I could see the two either side of me. Joey and Chandler from Friends are my roommates. Who are both strapped down like me. Some woman comes into the room to do her checks and sees that we are still strapped down and leaves. Eventually, after she left, Joey was out of the jacket. So he goes straight to the other side of the room, and he gets Chandler out of it, too. They both look at me and ask how i am. I'm making a giggle out of it all, but then get me out of it all. It feels so good not to be in the jacket and to be free to move around. Joey picked the lock on the door. We waited till it was clear, then ran out down the hallway. We got to the security door. Joey and Chandler both start showing me some defence and fighting moves. After that, we then hear two patients and a guard on the other side of the door. I saw a peep hole on the door, so I grabbed a screw driver out of nowhere and forced it through the peep hole. I immediately killed the guard as it went through his eye through the door. However, the patients he was withwant to go and tell. So we ran back to our room. Joey listened out while Chandler strapped me back in. However, the warden lady from before came back around really quickly, trying to see who just killed this guard. Joey and Chandler both jumped in their beds on either side of me and pretended to be dazed and confused just before she came in as they weren't fast enough to strap themselves back in. She asked if it was any of us? They slagged us off. Looked at Joey, "stupid." Looked at Chandler, "stupid." She looked at me and said, "She doesn't even know whether she exists". Because I wasn't pretending like the other two, I got given a pill. I couldn't move anything other than my eyes. I had a long night with both of them.. They were asking me loads of question with yes or no awnsers. 2 blinks, yes, 1 Blink no. What felt like ages, the pill wore off. We went out, and there was a race on bikes vs. skateboards. 27th floor to the bottom, with ramps, stairs, railings, paths, grass, and you name it. We joined the race as a cover-up to escape. Starting last out of a marathon amount of people. Joey and Chandler told me to go on and try and win. I got to 4th and all off a sudden went into 1st. just before finishing the race, the 2nd place person on skate board cheated and over took me and won. But the rule was 1st place plus whoever didn't get off the bike or board as much during the race. I got off 3 times. I even managed to go down the really curly stairs all in one. I also had to get off to go up a couple of stairs. But I finished second. The 1st place got off their skateboard 11 times. So I won! I then see Joey and Chandler in the crowd, happy I did it for the team, and we hugged. Turns out it wasn't them but two guards who were putting the straight jacket back on. I got put back in the same room as before. But now I realise it was only me in there all along.. how on earth did I get out of the jacket before?
