Lucid sand duned beach forest

I was on the sand dune beach with some dudes that were supposedly my friends. I don't know what triggered the lucidity but it came out of nowhere and lasted for a long time. I told the guys that I have some things to take care if and so i left. first i touched the ground, it was so realistic looking. i could see every little granual. I then touched a tree and it was so smooth. Many other trees i touched were smooth. i continued further into this beautiful forest. There was this lake with a very subtle and shallow line of water where you could see moss and other living things in it. I was barefoot and the ground felt great. My lucidity was fading but it lasted so long. i really wanted to see a woman but i didn't force it, it was more like i was looking for "her". i couldn't find "her". i hoped that'd she be behind a tree or something. i then tried to fly but i fell into a pile of sticks. i hurt my hand and i could actually feel the pain, it felt so real! I didn't really know what to do, so i ran back to the sand dune beach and started to fly over the dunes and towards the ocean. this is where my lucidity almost faded completely. Instead of the bright ocean reflecting the sun, it was an extremely dark sea with black clouds above where the distant horizon was not visible. I dove down into the water when I felt like I flew far enough. the first thing i saw in the ocean were beautiful dolphins and another creature in the distance. i then woke myself up before i could get attacked by a shark or something.
