River swords

I was with Krna & I think we were going out a lot & partying. I was in a river walking down, it was very low & I saw a sword in it. I continued down river. But then realised I should go back & get it. As I went back to the river, it began to rise, as if it was an estuary connected to the tide, as I walked up river the water level was rising behind me, I was anxious to get back to the sword before the river became too deep, I got it & realised there were 2. I got out & walked back down along the bank, as the water filled up. I found a white envelope that I had lost, with some kind of vouchers for a medical treatment. I think accupuncture. One ticket was for me & another for a friends mum, who needed to come on a flight. I went to the doctors & was ushered in to the waiting room, where there were banquet tables full of the most amazing food! I said I’d already eaten & sat at a table full of other people. I was walking across a road & there was a group of young people walking next to me. They walked across me, kind of pushing me down the road, but I weaved around them & walked uphill slightly to a bar I was going in to, there was something strange about the texture of the road.
