dying 4 times over

I had a nightmare where at my school everyone was supposed to willingly die four times over in this special event. You were always brought back to life but dying itself was so fucking terrifying and the first two times I let myself die no problem, the third time I got upset and the fourth time I started crying and couldn't stop. I was still a sophomore then and you had to do this every year you were in high school and it was designed to look kinda cheerful, like they had people waiting willingly in lines for how to die. I specifically remember one of my friends (let's call her J) telling me a stupid pun (as she usually does) before beheading herself and I think I need a moment to get over that shit what the fuck
