Car crash witness with slight lucidity

In this dream I am driving down the highway when I see a Corvette driving towards me. I watch the Corvette as it proceeds to swerve off the road and drive off a cliff. I immediately drive over to where it was and get out of my car to see if the person is okay. When I got out of my car there was instantly an EMT at the scene and a female paramedic who kept shushing me and telling me to be quiet. I was so confused because I was just trying to help and explain to her what I saw happen. All of a sudden there was a huge crowd with lights and camera surrounding the scene. It was at this point I became lucid and was aware that I was dreaming. But I still wanted answers as to what the hell was going on. I kept asking people but none responded. I even went up to this girl and should her but to no avail. I then woke up.
