lucid dream and sleep paralysis

Date: 12/18/2017

It started with a normal dream, not sure what happened in it, but after that dream I had a false awakening. I was in my room, but soon realised this was my old room (I moved rooms about 10 years ago). I couldn't move, I was lying paralised on my bed. Next to me sat a guy in a chair. He wasn't paying any attention to me, it was like he was just watching someone's pet. I knew he would get annoyed if I moved too much, but I wanted to escape really badly, so I tried to move my arms and sit up, but I really couldn't gather enough energy to move anything. Still I kept trying. After a while he couldn't ignore the fact that I was awake anymore, so he came towards me with a creepy smile, sort of annoyed and yet slightly amused. He sat down behind me on the bed and was probably going to do something creepy and annoying like these guys always do in my dream, like poking me and stuff and laughing, because I can't do anything about it. I screamed really loudly out of frustratiom though, since I had been through this quite a few times before and I instantly woke up. That's when I realised even though that room still felt familiar, I had never actually seen it before.
