he's announcing his second mixtape and there's a room full of beautiful African American women and I'm the only Caucasian. an image goes up on a wall with beautiful swirling colors and a code with words. he asks all the women to solve the code and I blurt out the answer which unlocks emotion and public display of affection. all of the women go home and we are left holding each other in arms. he shows me a reel of teal and gold photos of my younger brother shaped as a merman underwater and we start balling and I ask him "how did you know?" he replies, "the way you look at him," and I've never seen a man so emotional.
