Lost Time and Acne Breakout

Wrote down a to-do list and wrote out a time to do something for 2:00. Then, after I had written it and a couple other things, I realized it was almost 3:00. I woke up at 12:30 pm, not realizing it was so late. I had lost the whole morning. Also dreamt I had a cluster of red inflamed cystic acne on my left cheek.
