In my dream, I was waiting for a train at the E 180th St station in the Bronx. I had exited one train and was waiting for the next one to get home. In the first train, I was talking to Robuteo and some other I didn’t know. But I seemed comfortable enough to talk with them as if they weren’t strangers. In my dream, Robuteo had asked me to confirm that red and pink are obviously different colors. He said they are so totally different, he couldn’t understand how people couldn’t tell the two apart. I was thinking they could be color blind, but didn’t say it out loud for some reason. I was trying to look on my cell phone for a photo I’ve taken during a recent sunset where there was a very large pink cloud, to show Robuteo how the two could possibly be mixed up, though not fully convinced myself. I had a hard time finding my album called sunsets but came across many other albums and they wouldn’t disappear. One of the albums was from many still shots of The Flintstones. (In real life that day, the sitcom was an option to watch on cable.) Another album focused on weather patterns, where I pointed out the clouds looked like the shape of the United States. (In real life, I watched a comedy program where they focused around weather and comical mishaps caught on film.) Then I realized that the shape was intentional. Back at the train station…there was a lady who invaded my space. I was angry because she did so without apology or acknowledgment of her wrongdoing. In my anger, I became passive aggressive and elbowed her or somehow otherwise was getting revenge on her disrespect of my personal space. Robuteo wasn’t aware of what was going on. He was patiently waiting for me to look through my phone for the sunset photo I had previously described. I realized I was internally angry at two things out of my control. I was explaining to Robuteo about a lady I was working with. Then a small vehicle (like a golf cart) appeared on the platform with two ladies. One of them was my colleague and the other was her sister. They looked so similar, at first I couldn’t tell who was who. There was a train that arrived, but the digital information was confusing. Was it the 2 train or the 5 train? Eventually, I concluded it was the 2 train. We boarded the train and I continued talking with Robuteo as well as my colleague. I was interrupted by someone I didn’t know and patiently waited to get their attention once more.
