astral projected to a prior dream

Had a dream last night/this morning and it was about a lot of things like androids and humans trying to coexist, i was an android and had to fight like 3 other people. Another was me with family and we were going to this family reunion place and i left the house to go to this park, this park doesn't exist in real life i dont believe and ive only gone there in dreams but it was a place i forgot about until today, there was reconstruction going on in one side of the park and people hanging out on the other, this is sort of where things get weird, the dream sort of shifts but its the same place. Mutated creatures started popping up and attacking people and i gained lucidity i tried helping out these other people who were fighting against these beasts. The thing is i dont remember ever doing this, i would have most definitely remembered so how could i have this memory well it all started when i astral projected. So this morning around 9:30 i get the "whooshing" in my head so i decide to astral project and i do it wrather easily, i pop out and im not in my room im in the house from the dream with the family reunion, so my consciousness was no longer thinking that im this version of me (although i still have all my thoughts and memories) my consciousness now has a whole memory of the reunion and what happened thag night and why im astral projecting which are all things i didnt experience in the dream, i didnt know for 100% if i projected so i tested it out the safest way possible by jumping out a window and falling 50ft (it was an apartment building) i fall and im surrounded by these beasts and the mutated monsters are like 7ft tall, nothing but wrotten skin and no facial features and i was taking them out without even touching them which is when i bump into a person who was fighting them off and another sort of "backstory" happens where i realize i have been here before to help but i only appeared for a short while and so tge guy says oh you're back, get lost because we got this under control, though there were two mutants sneaking up on them and i weirdly froze them in place and fast forwarded their decay till they died and i left. i was back in my room but i wasnt in the physical yet, i was a couple feet away from my body and i was wondering where i should go next but i got disrupted my the sound of my dads door opening, snapping me back to body, i couldve left again but i didnt want to risk forgetting all this.
