My Body at the Bottom of a Lake

I am in a hospital but not in a bed. I am taking a message for a receptionist who is on the phone but this is not my job. He was just in recently I remember seeing him. He was being seen by a nurse or a physical therapist and he wants to talk to her about getting a mattress. I am talking and trying to remember his name. I start having problems breathing. I am short of breath and gasping for air. Then I get off the phone and I am telling someone I can't breath and in my head I see my body at the bottom of a lake. It has just been left there. I know it is injured and needs to be fixed. But no one will pull it up. I am standing then by the lake looking at where my body is. I can't see it but I know its there. I get the impression there was an accident but I am not sure what. I think there are others down there but I dont know for sure. I still am short of breath and the person beside me says well we can't fix your breathing with your body down there we need it here to fix it. I tell her I know but nobody will bring it up. Then I woke up my breathing was heavy but not labored. My dog woke me up.
