"The Hacker" (demons found mortality through the internet)

All my social media accounts got hacked by an extremely powerful demonic force and began tormenting humanity while posting on my behalf. I tried my best to fight off the demon but it wound up actually being an established gang of demonic hackers trying to use the internet to gain mortality in our 3rd dimension. They eventually became successful. (Flash forward) at this time humanity was in a state of decay and a full out war was taking place between humans and demons. The last thing I can remember is being with a group of close friends and family members taking shelter in a public high school. My dad and I were boarding up the windows.
