Sort of Reoccuring

Mom lived in an apartment/house situation with neighbors on both sides. Asked me to run into their homes and check if they have any cheese in the fridge (?) lol. Went to one side and saw none, went to the other side and it was similar to a house I have seen before. A realtor was there and there was a family leaving. Kaitlyn B lived in between my moms and the other house and she had pets, and when I opened the door, Evie, Layla and a random cat (possibly Ashley’s) all ran into the side with the realtor who had left at this point. One cat started running downstairs and got scared so it ran back up. When I looked out of the window of the house, there was a huge, dark looking clown type of thing staring at me through the window. I was terrified, got the pets somehow and ran back into my moms place. A shift happens and I am at the grocery store. I park and run into the store, I end up getting nothing and when I leave I managed to see the figure again in a large SUV. I woke myself up at this point because I kept telling myself it was a dream and I would need to wake up if I wanted it to stop, so I did.
