centipede in my eye!

So, from what I remember, in my dream I had a sty on my eye lid that was getting worse. I looked at it in the mirror and noticed a little white worm stick its head out of the sty, then go back in. I was freaked out. So I later see it again and start pulling on it. I pull and pull until I pull out a full grown centipede about 7 inches long. It didn't hurt at all but I was disgusted. I throw it on the ground and start stomping it. Ants come and start attacking it on the ground. I get my phone out to take pics of it so people can see what I pulled from my sty. I have difficulty finding it because the wind is blowing dirt on it covering it up. What a gross dream!
