Today was a little bit of a ruff day and when i come home i instantly feel tired and sore, I go to sleep around 3:30-4 and woke up a little before 6. I had remained a steady level of consciousness the whole nap being able to here my family around me and outside yet still "sleeping" im on the fence undecided whether or not i should sleep normally (lower my consciousness) or try to astral project and since i was in the middle of deciding for some time i did neither and just stayed sleeping yet feeling wide awake at the same time, i know i was sleeping since i couldn't move at all but it wasnt like sleep paralysis where theres monsters and demons atracking you, infact there werent even vibrations which i usually always have (This state was really calming and still has me a little dazed as im writing) so a little more into the nap i drop a little in conscious and time starts to skip a little though im still aware, i start to get vibrations and the feeling of moving although i know i wasnt really moving, i decide why not astral project and raise the vibrations but something really weird happened, my teeth had this intense pain it was almost unbarable and it got worse the higher i raised the vibrations, im think what could make this happene but i cant come up with anything, my physical body was still sleep and if it was my real body the pain would be enough to make me stand up or something yet i stayed asleep...The pain becomes so bad i lose consciousness for a second or so then find myself in a dream, a really dull constructed dream with no vivid detail at all, im trying to turn on my xbox to play a game and out of nowhere the pain in my teeth come back, its more like in the whole mouth and the dream becomes so real out of nowhere i recall i was sleeping before, i could remember myself getting up and physically turning my xbox on and even looking for the controller to plug in, i had drew the conclusion this was a false awakening but my room was perfect and its usually one thing missing or something a little off. i go back to lay down on my bed in my false awaken dream and i wake up back in the real worl, no pain at all infact i felt healed since i was extremely sore when i went to sleep.
