Grand Canyon + Dark River Game Christmas

I'm missing a bit part before this, it might've been at an amusement park or somewhere that was important. I didn't just have two different dreams, but this is what I remember. The main dream was before this, possibly about some sort of school thing. I remember being outside of my school trying to be hidden from something. The simple thought was that I was trying to log into the wifi, but that's a gross oversimplification that doesn't do this justice. There was some grand plot, some bigger thing that was around the school. Maybe it was the government, maybe it was superheros and supervillans, I don't really remember but I was outside near some towering, large thing that I could hide behind and climb up to spy on whatever was trying to get us or the school. There also was a rocket involved? I saw from another person's perspective that they were hidden on a rocket in some secret facility and they were almost launched before being discovered. Before this, I recall some sort of indoor area to distract us from the school situation, possibly in another country, with people speaking other languages or having clear accents. This is important but I can't for the life of me remember more of this section of my dream. We went to the Grand Canyon. After going through this poll booth area, I think in a car, we were at this sort of gift shop area. They had a ton of different things, but the most noticeable thing was a couple Nintendo Switch consoles for $180 with a game. My mom got one for me for some holiday or birthday (likely my birthday cause it's first) because they were so cheap. The cashier was unintelligible, I think speaking French (possibly relating to the last dream before this) yet my mom and sister understood her. It was definitely still summer or early fall and sunny out but it didn't feel hot, though I think this gift shop was outside. We didn't see the canyon from here much, it was in the background past the register closer to the case for the video games. I saw one of my friends, S with her brother finding Halloween costumes, and we talked for a while surprised that we found them there... There's more to the end of this that transitioned to the last one but I'm not sure what. Cut to the last dream of the night. It was some sort of or place with... Darkness. It felt like a game level, you had to go through a portal of some sorts to get there, so there was definitely a world other than this that was in my dream at least a somewhat significant part of the time, but I can't remember it. The world was dark and purple and reminded me of some strange landscape (like in the deep dark in modded MC) but it just felt... Eerie. Before going back and forth to the world once I noticed there was a river that seemed slightly brighter, and was pretty much the only way outside of this area other than exploring this large cave like area around me. I followed the river, and noticed it went a ways back. I came back to the portal and back, I think now with some people. We went through the long river path (I'm calling it a river but it was more like you could walk on parts over it, it was more like a 2ish foot deep stream of water that was flowing down away from the original room, but there was ground sticking out of it in many places and we had decently sized paths on either side above it slightly once we turned the corner from the room). Much farther along was an area that split off to it going... Uphill? It wasn't too tall, maybe 15 to 20 feet, but you could tell there was something over it. The river did split and go slightly further from what I could tell, but the sky around here, towards the side of the hill slowly lit up along the path and was now a lighter purple towards the direction of the hill, forming a black to lavender gradient above us (no stars or anything else though). Coming to the top of the hill, we saw it was a kind of obstacle course. And we had portal guns? So this had at least 5-10 parts to it, but it was all pretty open and below us and all around us except for behind us where we came from was this slightly less but still eerie light purple void. We went through a couple times but the second time I realized I could skip most of it with this portal gun. We had the equivalent of Mario's "shake to slow down your fall" in the wii but it felt like a 3d platforming Mario game like Oddessy (I've never played it but have watched a lot of videos of it). As we neared the end and just past the part I got to the first time I started to black out of the dream and was moving by determination to get through the course and wanting to continue. It got better once I reached the end, but it was strange... The end was like the mudroom at my grandma's house but missing a wall, and as we looked inside it was Christmas, with a Christmas tree and tons of presents and decorations around the house set up. We were excited because I guess this was the "reward" for completing it, but before I woke up I recall a sense of dread, asking myself many questions as I was slowly waking up. Why would we have to get here from this void world? Does this mean this isn't actually real and once we leave it we won't get it? Or will something bad happen to us because now it's a combination of the void world and the normal world... I woke up. ...
