Art Teacher Replacement

I had a dream that I accepted a position as an art teacher leave replacement in a school that was not clear to me in the dream. The only thing I knew about it was that it was an elementary school. There were two other art teachers I would be working with. One was a middle aged lady with a pixie cut and dyed burgundy hair and the other was my colleague that I worked with at my previous school, Mrs. M. During the first week, we had a lot of team building activities and had to design a backdrop for the winter musical. We had to fill out paperwork and we all collaborated on a few ideas. Each section had to be filled out and we couldn’t leave anything blank. After our collaboration session, we did an ice breaker activity and shared stories about our previous teaching experience and our summer. When it was my turn to speak, I talked about the trip I took this summer and the reason why I’m starting this job. I talked about a deep story about my previous teaching job that actually happened in real life. Mrs. M saw that I was a bit upset. She pulled me to the side and asked if everything was okay, and I told her that we should talk one on one so I can explained what really happened to me at the previous school we both taught in.
