There was a zombie apocalypse in the upside down

I was in the upside down in my dream, I was with one of my friends but I don’t remember which one. We were in the upside down exploring this grocery store / market that still had supplies in it. Suddenly, these half zombie people that could talk filled the store. My friend shouted for me to look out because there was one coming up behind me. I knocked a shelf down over her, but she lifted it off her like it was nothing. Then we had a conversation and I was trying to convince her to let me live. She had blonde hair and makeup on... like wtf okay
