Could I be perganant???

The past two nights I've been dreaming about being pregnant and/or already having a baby. Scary stuff. At one point my water broke as I was traveling in the woods and I had contractions while trying to find this hospital and get out of the woods. I was also barefoot. It was awful. I think I had to get a c-section but I wasn't under any pain meds so I started screaming
