Spin the bottle

Date: 9/25/2020

So this dream was kind of like one of those Netflix movies, definitely something I would’ve watched. It all started with a beach trip over the summer with my friends. It was weird because it had all of my school friends (prom squad plus a couple more plus my friend Kinsey from Idaho I guess) and all my friends from soccer. So I rode down with some of my school friends in Anna’s car, until we arrived at this really nice beach house, which honestly idk how we were able to afford. Once we got there, I met up with my boyfriend and we “unpacked”, if you know what I mean (I mean, not that, but ya we made out for a while). But ya, a lil while later we headed back down and my soccer friends and the rest of my school friends had arrived, so we decided to hangout at this park down the street. It had a skate park, so some of the guys from school went skating, and my bf tried to teach me how to skate, but I kinda sucked. I remember this moment where he gave me his flannel when it got cold, so ya the Netflix drama vibes were there. Anyway, later that night, we were all hanging at the house when my friend Rita pulled out the liquor. We started with white claws, then moved to the hard stuff as the night went on. I was very tipsy when my friend Kinsey wanted to play spin the bottle (I think it was safe to say she was very drunk by then). So Kari grabbed an empty bottle of vodka and put it in the center of the room as we all grouped up in a circle. I remember I was sitting between Rita and Raini. Sophia spins first, and it lands of my friend Sahil, so they kiss and pass the bottle to Rita. Rita gets Kinsey, so they kiss (I thought this was kinda funny, because they kissed last time we got drunk irl). Then it’s me, and I get Justin, so we made out for a little. I almost feel when I let go of him because of how tipsy I was at that point. Then it’s Raini’s turn, and she gets Logan. I remember Logan was a couple people away from her, and she had to lean over to kiss her. In the dream, Logan had just gone through a breakup, but Raini had really liked her even before, and had told only me. So I, unlike the rest of the drunk crazies chanting “kiss, kiss, kiss” around the circle, understood the greater tension behind this kiss. I remember watching the first peck, but then Logan’s eyes changed a little. Maybe it was just because she was drunk or impulsive, but Logan went back in, and the two started making out. My friends “ooh’d” like a spin the bottle circle would, but I knew what was really happening. A few moments later, the turn changed to Sarah and the game went on, but I could tell there were sparks and it was no surprise that they shared a room later that night. There was a lot of pairing of that night: Toni and Jason, Anna and Kari (oops I mean Anna and Ethan, it just sounded natural), Daphne and Kevin, Kinsey and Rita (they were actually just chillin, pretty sure a drunken friend kiss didn’t qualify them as a couple lmao), and me and Justin ofc. I also remember me and Justin tricked Rita and Stefan into meeting up later in the night, and ya, pretty sure something happened there. But ya, it was a bunch of graduated seniors on a beach trip with no parents in a large beach house, I think it’s safe to say you know what happened next. So I don’t remember much more of the dream, except that we were quite hungover the next day. Shit happened. But ya, it honestly was such a fun trip and I kind of want to actually take it next year before college. Other than that, I could def submit this to Netflix of the cw or some shit cuz it reeks of teen drama.
