Car crash

I was in the car with my mom and she said she was gonna take Route 8. I said okay. Then she turned and drove off a cliff (thinking it was Route 8 I’m assuming). (This part kinda was in slow mo) I look at mom (who’s now in the passenger seat?) and shake her and say “mom mom!” And she wakes up and makes these weird noises and shakes. I think she started having a seizure? Could this mean anything?
