My 8 month long dream

Date: 4/23/2019

I start walking on a downward slope, it's hot as hell, red sand so hot that it burns through shoes, there are 6 suns above, and beetles swarming from everywhere just flying into my intensly sunburnt skin. I'm not alone though, there are other people hanged on dead trees, no mouths but the eyes scream 'please'. I stay on the path as it leads me to a cave, I run to it coz its relief from the heat. Just within the entrance is a giant blood fountain, as it flows I see a rotting dog drinking from it, the smell alone makes me want to hurl, but I keep cool and continue ahead, I see an old skeletal man, he shows me 3 pathways and tells me 2 will end up in my death. I take the one in the middle, and it feels like either the tunnel is getting smaller or I'm getting larger. I get to an opening and sit to cool down, I notice these vile pus covered leach things on my arms and chest and start ripping them off, look up to see myself as a child, he tosses me a ball and I throw it back to him, he signals me to follow him and I agree, he turns around and I'm disgusted, the back of his head is blown off as if he was shot in the back of the head with a shotgun. He keeps going and I'm running after, I'm trying to help him coz his head is just pouring out. Eventually we get to a giant hole in the ground, I look at him and ask 'what now?'. He looks at me with a heartless look, flips me off and falls into the hole, as he falls I just ask myself why on earth I was following him in the first place. I finally find a way out and its night time. You can see the galaxy by looking at the skyline. There are giant fireflies buzzing around, on the ground is serpents snails and anything else that crawls and scurries. I see a tree in the dim light of the moons glow. The closer I get the more horrifying it gets, bodies are hanging by the neck, quite a bit too. All having no limbs. Many on the tree and many on the ground like overripe fruit, rotting with these demonic looking fruit fly things eating at the corpses. They probably had names but I didnt want to know them, I couldn't even figure out whether they were put there or if they were horribly shaped fruit because of the rope which looked more like stems. The kind that you get with apples. I keep walking and notice there are 4 moons and flying sheep dancing on planetary rings. I then see Lionelius "one of my split personalities" who says I'm lost in my own brain and then I see a giant snake like thing, it wraps itself around me and drags me off to a building that looks abandoned. Out comes Rex"Another split personality" and he is covered in blood. The snake gives me to rex and he drags me in and all my friends, all my family. Everyone I know. They are dead, chopped up like some sort of butchery meat. Advertised and prepared to consume, all with prices and variety of flavours. I throw up and he shows me a face(which changes) and tells me how they were hoping I would help. Most recently was a close friend of mine. But it was different. She were still alive, he threw her in front of me and then pinned me down by chaining my arms with those hook things they put in meat in cooling lockers. Then took a cleaver and cut my feet off so I could do nothing. He then held her up and made me watch him viciously mutilate her. What's worse is this dream is basically a reenactment of a song I once heard, and I've had it each night for 8 months
