bones in pee

i just remembered a dream from last night involved smth about bones in my pee?! this was somehow resulting from someone trying to kill me by putting seeds in my kidneys so they couldn't filter properly. i have no idea how they were supposed to be getting the seeds in there? 🤔 although i guess this should be the least of my questions... idek
