Military cover up

I went out and I don’t know where I was but I saw my dog Max hanging out with some strangers. The woman who was with him was acting like it was her dog. Then Max noticed me and wanted my attention and me and the woman started chatting. I asked her how long she’s had him and she said about a year, and that he had showed up in her yard. So I then confessed to her it was my dog and he was 8 years old and he runs away sometimes but he always comes back. Also there was this man made island that I was visiting and that took a long time to get to. It was secluded and then the military started attacking it. They wanted to destroy it and cover it up but that meant killing all its residents. They started setting off bombs and I managed to escape and get back to the mainland to warn police. Everyone started rushing to the island and I found out that at first it took 50 years to get to the island or something like that and the people there were older than they looked. Whoever the leader was, the mayor maybe, he saved the day and stopped the military. I also had a baby who was about a year old it seemed. I remember holding her and rocking her while dancing and singing and she just stared at me.
