Lucid Dreaming

Ive read everything about lucid dreaming and i have never done it before. i tried it twice now but this night i will attempt it again. my dreams are weirdly in 3rd person and very short so i dont have alot of time anf possibility to make myself lucid. am i the only one dreaming in third person??
