Surgery in the park

It’s night, and I’m biking to the park. I was going to take a route from a previous dream, but it’s too rocky and I decide to take the left path along the water. In the park I walk along the trail. I walk with an older woman who is chatty. We pass by a museum, but it’s closed and mostly used as office space. We part ways, and I walk back. I go to a small medical clinic on a hill overlooking the water. I am there to have my breasts removed. I explain that it’s ironic, since when I was a young boy I had breast reduction after going through puberty, and now as an adult woman I need the same treatment. I am told to lie on a bed. A woman is under the covers and will support me during the procedure. The nurse and I wait for the doctor to show up, but he never does. I just leave. I am in my apartment packing for a move. I am taking down the framework holding up a tall plant, which droops. I’m not sure how to put it into a box. I am going through cupboards of junk, looking for my childhood cookie tin. I make toast in the toaster and drip butter into the slots. I think this will be more efficient.
