Stupid lil town

It was a super icy town, I was driving around with my mom. Most of the streets were super narrow and one way only. We decided to stop in the grocery store which seemed to be more of the town center, there were lots of tony stores within the store, such as a salon. My mom asked me if o wanted to get my hair cut, thought I might as well. We go to stand in line and there he was... also standing in line. I told my mom I had changed my mind and that I wanted to go. So we Just wondered about the store for a bit. Everyone all Sota left at once, and I found a stair case and paused at the bottom. It was a small staircase that was super narrow and only had railing on the left side, with super white walls and a brown door at top. The door was open. From The Who appeared my dad, which was who I was avoiding in the first place. My heart sank and I froze, I didn’t say anything he just stared at me...slowly shook his head no, and then slowly slammed the door. I ran to tell my mom but she was busy unloading her life story on some poor kid that worked at the store. As I waited for her to finish I told her “no one cares, it’s okay” but she insisted on finishing and boy, who was tall and skinny with black hair, ran for the safety of the employee room. A lady leaned over the counter and whispered to me “sheesh what’s wrong with that lady” to which I replied “she just loves me it’s okay”. I woke up panicked.
