I give birth to a baby

I’m in France and pregnant with a big belly and give birth alone in a pool first, then with nurses and doctor, to a baby. The birth is easy and quick. I think a boy. Then I hold him in my arm and carry him around to a pharmacy while I shop for Christmas gifts. The baby farts and poops and I realize he needs everything, diapers, clothes, a car seat, a stroller. But family and friends get the news, so they text or tell me what they’re gonna buy me! Fede wants to buy the car seat and I’m very happy because I don’t know where to lay down the baby once I get in the car for driving!
