Cannibalistic Video Game Hospital

I had a dream that i was on a bus but the bus crashed and landed on its side. Everyone tried to escape the bus but bars and glass was in the way. Some people got stuck. I tried telling people that some people were stuck still and they responded “what? we got all the children out already” like they didn’t care about the old people. That was very disturbing but there wasn’t much time to be upset because the bus fell off into the water. I found some ammo and guns like rocket launcher, shotgun, sniper rifle (halo guns). I remember thinking “this wasn’t a very fair place to put the ammo, no one would have found this in time. I then put on a helmet that transported me into a different world. I was playing one on one with another player like in halo but it was real life. I kept losing because I only had a needle gun. I took off my helmet and i was in a hospital. It seemed like a normal hospital but if you looked closely at objects they looked slightly melted. I knew I was in another video game. I walked through a food court, which looked normal. I got to a screening section, where nurses were asking people questions. I walked past an elderly woman being asked questions about her teeth. I wanted to stop at look at the woman, and I knew that I could since this was a video game, but I didn’t. I was following someone to a part of the hospital. We arrived to double push doors that said “surgical ward” above the doors. To the right of the doors, before you go inside, there was a woman on a surgical table laying on her side. I thought “that’s strange to put her there” but then I realized that she cut open and I could see all of the flesh inside her body. She was fully cooked but still alive. I realized she was being taken to the food court. I left that part of the hospital and went back where I came from. I walked past the food court, looking closer this time. All the food was made from human. I went back to where I came into the hospital and tried looking for a way out but there was just a table where you could enter to win $5000. When I got closer, everything on the table started to melt. The pens, the paper, the plastic. It turned into puddles of goo. I woke up.
