My first Astral projection

Date: 3/25/2019

Before I sleep I was telling my self I will have a lucid dream tonight and then I layed down in the bed my wife was sleeping on my right it was 11:30PM I put my Alarm on to wake in the morning at 6:35 as I do every day. And then I fall down into sleep after that I just waked up at 5:50AM I was thinking to go to bath but I was telling my self it only 30 min and my Alarm will wake me up ! So I stayed in the bed and get back to sleep. I was not thinking at all of doing any lucid or astral projection at that moment, my only thought to sleep for the next 30 minutes before my alarm. What happened next is the excited part. I just start dreaming it was dark but I was feel my conscience. What I did a reality check I put my fingers in my nose and breath and what was shocking me I could breathe!!! Walla at that moment I was 100% conscience and I did know I am inside a LUCID DREAM!! very excited feelings my first thoughts was to imagine my r and then I couldn't have any pictures in my mind or places to travel for after that I decided to do an Astral projection and get out from my body at this moment I feeled an intense vibration in all my body and I couldn't move any part of my body I know this the moment was in paralysis stage. After that the vibrations become slow and manageable I just tell my mind to get off my body and I did it. I was standing in the room first think I looked into my hand it was look like some kind of ghosty hallow with red and green electric nerves then I turn to my bed it was there and I can see my wife and my self sleeping in the bed waoo that was something I was thinking how I can back to my body but I continue to explore my room. I was thinking to go to the mirror and see my self. I was standing infront the mirror see my self it was something glowing showing like colored Xray I can't describe it it like something transparency and the nerve system glows with different colors red and blue and green details lines of them and glowing like electric currants running inside them. The second thing I remembered people where saying during astral you can go through the walls at this time in my astral I was afraid to doing it but I put my hand in the wall to see what will happen and my hand is perfectly entered the wall, I pulled it out and I looked at the bed again and I see my self on the bed and saw My wife start moving into me and holdings me. I was afraid she will wake me up and then I start to think about how to get into my body. I just go again and layed back into my body and then I returned to reality and wake up from my Astral Dream. I looked at the time it was 6:20
