Lost nose

I was most likely in some house or building, but everything took place in two rooms. In one room Lee was there with some diy punk goth girl and we all start hooking up. I get up and go to the car and come back and I look in the mirror and realize that part of my left nostril is gone. You can see the bare breathing hole and part of the middle of my nose is gone too. I’m not too worried but I know I have to go to urgent care at some point. I think Marcy may have been the one to eat it in my sleep. I think everyone is trying to leave and we bring our furniture and everything we own in the cars and my uncle Gary is there and we all leave.
