Hit

I’m at my dads house picking up my son, I grab my sons cup of chocolate milk and place his hand in mine. I tell my sister I’m leaving, I start to walk outside. I see a baby that’s alone in the front yard, a women walks out of a house across the street. I yell to her and ask if this is her baby, she replies yes. With my sons hand in mine I try to run over to the lone child who’s walking further into my dads yard. The baby sees his mom and starts running towards her across the street. I look down the road and I see a car coming, I Try to run to the baby. The women across the street turns around and runs back inside as if she wanted the child to get hit by a car. The car doesn’t see the child and he hits him. I wake up and it’s 3:03am
