To NOT dream of him.

Does anyone know how to STOP dreaming about someone? I had a huge crush on a guy in high school, so much so that I knew he had a freckle on the back of his left ear... my point is, it's been 5 years since I've seen him and 3 since I've talked to him. We never dated, just talked. And we have both moved on. I'm thinking about getting married for goodness sakes. He has a kid and a wife and he's happily married. I'm joining the military as an officer and will probably travel way far away from my home town where he is. Someone help me. I honestly want to stop having dreams with him in them. One of the dreams I had, was me attending his wedding and ending up standing my a beach shore looking out a dark ocean when the sun in starting to disappear. All of my most vivid dreams are about him. The more I try to push him away, he never LEAVES my mind. Any suggestions would help. I'm desperately trying to be a grown up and let go of this guy. It never happened, and it shouldn't.
